Initial Half Hour Visit

      The first half hour of your first visit to meet with one of our consultants is free.  Yes, that’s right.  It is absolutely free!

          We review anything you wish to bring with you and quickly give you a response as to what we see is the problem, if one exists.  After all, what you may perceive to be a problem may not be and we will know that.  What we have found is that often times the problem is one of mild confusion. 

Remember, in some respects this really is like a foreign language because there are terms used that you may have heard used before but do not know what they mean.

          In a half hour, it is our goal to help you so that you can handle your problem all by yourself.  We have no hidden agenda.  Our open, honest agenda, rather, is to build trust.  By helping you with a quick overview and enough information for you to work out the problem, we know you will refer others to HCCC.  More importantly, even though any subsequent visit will now be on the clock, you will come back to us if you ever have another problem.

Subsequent Work

          After the first half hour, we charge a very nominal $125.00 an hour with a two hour minimum retainer.

          Other charges may be payable if out-of-pocket expenses due to case preparation are incurred above what is normally expected.   These may include such things as special or customized report folders, etc., that you may request.  Normally, there will be no additional charges.

In no event we will request additional payment for any out-of-pocket expenses above the hourly fee without first requesting your authorization.

This is not rocket science.  We know time is valuable.  When a case can easily be resolved by providing you with some simple tools, it is in our best interest to do so.
