About HCCC’s Founder
Dennis Wolfe’s background has uniquely qualified him to establish HCCC. He graduated in 1976 from San Jose State with a degree in Business – Concentration in Finance. His minor is in chemistry with an emphasis in Organic. He also has two years of neurological studies.
With a solid education in business and in science, he entered the insurance business right out of college and immediately specialized in the field of health insurance with most early clients being small businesses. As his expertise became more established he wrote the benefits for an interstate restaurant chain, and even a Fortune 500 company in the early 1980’s. Greater achievements came in the 1990’s.
In 1991, his book on health care cost-delivery reform was published and later was used in the 1993-1994 Congressional debates on health care. Today, the ideas in the book are considered revolutionary for how visionary and simple they are.
In 1998, he broke precedent-setting ground in unifying the delivery of HMO services through HMO Blue for a nationwide and international law firm.
Now as the health care industry dominates the Gross National Product, you need someone who has the solid credentials to fight for you.
